Niemand au\u00dfer dir selbst und deinem zuk\u00fcnftiges Du liest ihn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wieso Entwicklungsbriefe schreiben?<\/strong><br \/>\nEntwicklung passiert oft schleichend. Deshalb erkennen wir viele Ver\u00e4nderungen erst im R\u00fcckblick. Erst mit Monaten oder Jahren Abstand verstehen wir, wie wir uns entwickelt haben, was Entscheidungen bewirkt haben oder welcher Prozess stattgefunden hat.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-row-container container\"><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  post-formatting\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3>Wie kann ich meinen eigenen Entwicklungsbrief erhalten?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>So geht\u2019s:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Schreibe dir selbst einen Brief. Was m\u00f6chtest du dir sagen? Wenn du m\u00f6chtest, orientiere dich an unseren Leitfragen und Impulsen.<\/li>\n<li>Lege deinen Brief in einen Umschlag. Zu welchem Zeitpunkt k\u00f6nnte dieser Brief f\u00fcr dich wichtig werden?
